It’s fair to say that the majority of our team members are pretty crazy about sport but some of us don’t know one end of a pool cue from the other – and that’s ok!

Spotlight Sports Group is continually expanding. You can see our main hubs here but we also have people working in France, Australia, South Korea and Japan.

While we love getting together in person we’re pretty flexible about what works best for our people. Most of us operate a hybrid model but some work fully remotely and some choose to be in the office full time.

These are the words our people use to describe our culture. Our recent new joiners across the world have described us as “even friendlier than I expected” which makes it very easy to build new relationships, even remotely.

Our leadership team is keen to hear our views whether that’s a welcome call with our CEO, Mark, whose favorite question is “what could we do better?” or the regular all-staff survey that goes to all employees.

To look after our team we have a number of wellbeing initiatives including private medical insurance, mental health support, assistance programs and social get-togethers.

There’s also a pension and various other benefit schemes. Oh and we all get our birthday off work too!
