Rob, first, tell us a little bit about Superfeed and what it does for our clients on a global scale?
Superfeed is a best-in-class content generation engine which ingests millions of data points across every major sport you can think of. From there, our data science geniuses and world-renowned tipping experts have joined forces to create sophisticated algorithms to unearth only the best and most insightful betting prompts.
What’s particularly unique about Superfeed is that we do all of the hard work for bettors, so that the end output, rather than being a raw statistic, which requires further thought or analysis, is a simple, editorially rich text statement.
This leaves prospective customers better informed and supports their betting decisions.
Superfeed made its debut in the market only a year ago, what does the content engine do that has made it so valuable to the biggest sports betting companies?
Superfeed is unique compared to content alternatives due to the breadth and depth of its capabilities. The content engine can produce content in more than 70 languages for all of the most popular sports globally.
Additionally, the product can provide actionable insights for pre-play and in-play bets and its racing content is based on more than 20 years of data from our industry-leading Racing Post tipsters.
Superfeed has been integrated into Betfred and Checkd Media among other leading sports betting companies because of these capabilities. It is continuously making more events matter.
Can you tell us a little bit about the integration of the product? How can a customer get Superfeed on their platforms?
It’s really straightforward. Firstly, you can work with our API to surface the content in your preferred existing location across your platform. Alternatively, we have an in-house technical team who can assist you with a custom-built Smart Content Module that can easily slot into your existing tech stack and lighten the burden on your developers.
How far-reaching is the coverage of sporting events from Superfeed?
At last count, we were covering more than 50,000 events annually across at least 20 unique sports. However, we’re constantly looking to increase our coverage and when a customer requires it we can also extend things based on their requirements.
For example, we’ve just added the Brazilian Seria B competition as a result of a customer request!
As operators work hard to acquire and engage with customers, how does Superfeed support platforms trying to keep customers on-site?
Simply put, we offer content that enhances their experience on-site. No sports fan wants to engage with a product that is essentially a spreadsheet of fixtures and prices. We know, from a variety of AB tests, that consumers value the content that we can create, it makes people better informed and creates more interest in those events.
Finally, for which sporting event will you definitely refer to Superfeed content for betting insight?
Obviously, there’s a World Cup coming up at the end of this year and I certainly enjoy trying to show my mates I’m highly knowledgeable about any of the lesser-known nations and players that will be turning out in Qatar. Getting this content from our Superfeed product is the easiest way for me to do it!
