Ice North America Digital 'overwhelmed' by interest

CLARION Gaming’s Ice North America Digital has kicked off with an array of speakers and guest panels dissecting the industries biggest topics with the number of attendees having passed the 2,000 mark earlier this week.

The event, which replaces the exhibition which had been due to take place in New Orleans but was postponed until next year because of the Covid-19 crisis, began this week and focuses on the land-based, online and tribal betting and gaming markets in the US.

More than 40 speakers are be joined by representatives of companies based in 85 countries for the show which finishes on May 15.

Ice North America digital event director Rory Credland said: “We’ve been overwhelmed by the interest from the industry, not only from the companies wanting to use the event to showcase their products and services, but also the high quality of speakers we’ve been able to attract.

“A lot of the focus is going to be on how we get through these tricky few months and put in place strategies to ensure we emerge stronger, but there will also be good business development opportunities that people expect from our conferences.”
